Habbo will again be closing between 2am and 6am AEDT every morning from Monday.
Just a quick reminder if you missed it in the Pixel Press that Habbo will again be closing between 2am and 6am AEDT every morning from Monday - the perfect opportunity to catch up on some beauty sleep... not that you need it of course! ;)
If you want Habbo to be open 24/7 for the next school holidays start bugging Yobbo (http://www.habbo.com.au/home/yobbo) now!

Saving money?
That's the exact reason. There is no reason to employ a Moderator for them hours to moderate all of 10-20 users.
saving money lols. when habbo closes for hours the lose thousands.
so they lose money

Not During the night when hardly anyone is online.. what they make probably will be paid to the moderators working that shift

I'm suprised UK hasn't done this...
Would stop people living in the hotel I suppose.

It's silly really, it will just make people move to other hotels.

What I don't get is that, there are many people that would more then likely do it for free - ie. 18+ fansite owners, or "hardcore" Habbo players - so why close it?

They wouldn't do it on the UK hotel because a lot of people use it from different timezones.
I was going to say that they already had closing dates before but they obviously opened it 24/7 again and have now closed it again  It will be back 24/7 soon enough, not that I use it!

No way would that be the reason lol. As a company, I'm sure they'll be raking in enough money and won't need to cut back on staff.

I had no objection to them opening new hotels but surely if theres an english speaking hotel there was no reason to open more?
Each hotel has targets to meet and beat in the money stakes so if they dont sell many creds between those hours which i doubt they would then it would save them money. I am glad I escaped.

I'm from Australia and it's only closed from 2am - 6am during the morning. Hardly anyone uses the hotel at these times, and really considering kids should only be playing they should be in bed.
They open the Hotel 24/7 in the holidays, I suppose it gets closed to keep people from being in the hotel at late hours of the night, instead of letting habbo take over their lives/school.
