Help me with Re-direct

i want to re-direct my old site to new one but I NEED it so it doesnt do it in the iframe it does the whole page even though its in iframes

Should work. (Replace the 0 with the number of how many secounds you want it to wait before it redirects.

Yeh ive used that but it just refreshes iframe, I need it to refresh all the page within an iframe ;D

Save that as index.php, and replace the italic text with the URL of the page you want to redirect the browser to (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com/index.html).
