Welcome to the Runescape Habbox Top 5! or HT5.

This thread is about the top 5 players on this forum in any skill.
The thread will be updated *Atleast* once every 2 weeks by Me personally, or a fellow moderator if I can't.

In the likely event that 2 or more players have the same level and are in the top 5, the placement will go to the person with the Highest experience.

In the unlikely event that 2 or more players have the same Experience and level, the placement will go to the person with the highes Overall level.

Please post your Runescape Username only if you want it to be displayed, you do not have to enter if you do not want to. Once you have posted your Runescape Username, I will fetch all the information of your stats and edit your post and if need-be, the Top 5 list.

Thanks to all who entered.

I apologise for the huge mis-judgement on the time on my behalf. The fact that i had to search the thread for each level, writing down the name and level on a word document prolonged things dramatically, then having to search through again to enter the top 5.

In future, i will close the thread when i return from school, and will just re-open when i have finished. This will usually be before Midnight the same day unless i have something really important to do.



The thread will be updated on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday each time it is updated, depending on if my German lessons are after school on monday.

Thanks for your time and effort into making this thread & congratulations to everyone who got into the top 5. If you didnt make it, try extra hard over these 2 weeks to get in!

the lookup thing would involve some really complicated VB scripts.

The next best solution in my opinion, would be to use something similar to what runeweb etc use to create their dynamic sigs.

but instead of it displaying a signature image, it would be an image that may or may not resemble the list that BobX has already posted.

im sure if someone has a good knowledge of html/php etc and has some free server space somewhere it would be possible to maybe create a website where all the info can be uploaded and updated where necessary.


as for how it'd work...well:


someone (eg BobX) creates a database of everyone taking part, with hxf and rs usernames
a button is then pressed and each persons highscores is looked up
the database calculates who is in the top 5 in each skill
the info is exported as an image, similar to a dynamic signature
every now and then this can be updated, and new names added as necessaryim sure someone who hangs around the web design section could provide something like that

I thought about it, but no. It's just not as challenging as the skill categories because Dueling/bh is just going to be for obvious people such as xLigit or imnotpure or mattych or you get the idea. And the total levels/xp would change so much, theres just no way that people would be able to keep track of the top 5 as it would change every second.
