yeh I used a reserved name I had.
And i put it in and it asked for voucher code. I put in and agreed and it worked..

Edit: The reason for the fault was because you were banned AND requested a name change... fixed the glitch, you should be able to change your name now.

Yeah, when I saw it I thought the Moderator bit was who sent it. Then I realised it was his name.
