Repeat of Summer 2006?

Do you think we'll see a repeat of summer 2006 in the Rare Values Market this year? Cast your minds back to when the hotel had 10,000 - 14,000 users on daily and the following rares went for these prices.


Holiday Romance - 6 CS
Hammock - 6 CS
Red & Blue Amber - 5 CS
Russain Samovar - 3.5 CS
Petal Patch - 5.5 CS
Bronze & Silver Elephant - 13CS/15 CS
Red Dragon Lamp - 2.6 CS
Elf Green Dragon Lamp - 2 CS
Red Silk Pillow - 2 CS
White Lace Pillow - 2 CS
Fans - 1 CS+
White Birdbath - 17 CS
Green Birdbath - 15 CS

And the inclusion of the BBQ's, deck chairs and pools this year also.

The only 1's I can't see going up again would be Dragons and Pillows. :)

I would like to think so, but I doubt it. I think and bloody well hope so it's better than the summer of 2007 as that was abysmal for trading, haha. I do think it'll be good but summer 2006 was exceptional looking back at it and I don't see any of those rares hitting that value this summer.

I've got loads of them and I hope they will sell better at summer. :P Also will sands go up?

06 was a very good year and an enjoyable summer :)

No. Trading has been crap for ages now, and I don't see it improving any time soon. There hasn't been any good priced rares for some time, and it's just making the trade system terrible.

I agree. No major traditional rares rising in price. Pretty lame. :$

that made me laugh because it makes no sense whatsoever... i hope they go up and you forgot to include DJ Decks as they are on a sharp rise at the moment :)!

oh and dj's aint on a big rise at all it was just people who were being noobs and saying they would buy for 5 hc and then went no because they couldn't trade

Yeah but DJ Decks weren't normals in summer 2006, I only wrote down the rares which were high in summer 2006. :)

But anyway, I would think that some of the summer rares you have mentioned will deffinitely go higher in value, but not too much. Bird Bath (green)'s is an example lol, as they were released last summer lol. I would think Parasol's would maybe go up in value? But I can see habbo releasing some of these great summer rares this year. I would think at least one of these rares will be released this year;

Holiday RomanceBut I have stronger feelings with the Orange Parasol and Bird Bath (grey) coming out, as they are the probably the hardest re-colour normal rares in habbo at the moment. But there could also be a few supers coming out... and I can see the Bird Bath (blue) being one of them due to this new event. *Why some people have been trading so low*
