what sort of prices do they sell for at their peak? at around like July/August.

o. r they rare at all? i assume they are, but ive never tried selling/looking.

not that rare. you can buy them every year around valentines.

i know but the point im stressing is that during the summer months, they wouldn't have been sold for ages, so they'd be rarer.

Even rarer the day before they are released again ;) lol. I bought three because I won't probably be able to find for another year. And at least I have some this way. =]

It's more like 15 RD/20 RD and in rarer cases 0.5 CS

They usually sell for the same amount as a normal pad. You used to be able to get them all year around.
