[FR] Disconnected Pop Up

Ive never seen this before, happened whilst browsing the FR hotel...

It only appears when you get disconnected. You get the normal grey box, then five seconds later you get this. Theres also one similar for when shockwave fails to load.

Is this new I guess, or am I just behind...
