Someone is logging into one of my old MSN accounts which I don't use, don't know the password to and can't provide enough details to reset it..

They have an extremely recent picture of me and my girlfriend

they are speaking to people pretending to me.

what can I do?

is it illegal?

Find out who it is and deal with them? That's the only thing I can think of doing.

Can't be a problem, when you see these people just tell them it wasn't you.

was getting told off for not annotating chaucer & then forgot
WELL DONE THOUGH!!! THEY WIL MAKE A VERY GOOD MURDERER OUT OF YOU YET.

& yeah, i imagine i will be ringing up tomorrow to spend hours on the phone for buggar all.

ring up one of ur mates, and tell them to tell people its not you.

Well if they have a extremely new picture of you and your girlfriend they must know you, or know of a site like bebo where the pic was uploaded.
