View Full Version : How much weight would I loose?

If I:

Ate fruits (only) for breakfast (like tuns)
A cesar rap or a salad for lunch
Meat (steak, porkchop, hamburger) with salad.

How many pounds do you think I would loose in like a month? I'm also walking about 3KM a day.

Depends on your current size, depends on how much fluid you take on board, depends on the amount of the food you eat aswell, not just the content of the food :)

Umm i ate, ceareal for breakfast nothing untill 3 when i got home then had brown toast and then had wteva mum mad for tea and lost around 2 stone in 2 months>? Drinking mostly water no fizzy drinks etc. But ocasionally i had the odd takeway jst so i didnt end up binging on stuff. But for like snacks i would eat like ceareal like a bowl or cereoessss LOLS.
Seems quite harsh but it worked. Didnt really need to lose anything but it made me feel better.

I don't like soft-drinks or anything fizzy, so I only drink water, if that helps.

I'm currently 5"1 and somewhere near 135lbs.

Thanks guys, but I look more overweight than you say I am lol...

I'm sure once I grow it'll all even out, but it's annoying...

On topic: You shoud still eat cereal for breakfast. If you will ever have a snack have a bit of fruit. Don't eat junk and don't eat too much red meat, e.g steak, ham burgers....:)

No need to diet though just cut down on junk food, excercise more...

dont make your calorie intake below 1,000.
exercise when you can.
cut out junk.
snack on fruits and salad if you get peckish. or very low in calorie/fat/salt snacks.

and dont overdo it.
dont starve yourself.
dont exercise until you almost pass out.
weight loss should be gradual, not sudden.
so, take it easy.
