As others have said, comfy socks so your feet don't rub; if the sun is low, a cap/shades.

Just clothes you feel comfortable in.

Which is usually joggin bottoms and a t-shirt.
Just make sure you take water, so maybe one ofthose belts that holds them? Or just carry it obviously lol

Track-suit bottoms and vest - thats what I wear to the gym anyway, so I guess that would be OK for running.

I just wear a pair of shorts - & a football t-shirt or something. And I wear footballsocks as I cba to get special "running socks"
