Of fireing Matt? He's back as moderator 2-3 weeks later and he's such a good mod so he'll work his way back up to Super Moderator again. So what was the whole point in thinking it would be a regular "routine" of him resigning if you've gone and hired him again? I'm not saying "bad decision for hireing him!" just saying, there really was no point in fireing him. ;)

There must have been a valid reason or else they wouldn't have done it.

They said because he resigned and changed his mind but they didn't want it to become a habbit so didn't give his permissions back.. But now they've hired him again and he'll need to work up to Super Moderator all over again when he was already the best Super Moderator on here at the time :P

Perhaps they saw that Mat was a great moderator and realised they'd made a mistake. :)

Probably. But the whole ordeal was pointless. Surely they would of gave him his old job back? :S

Whilst this won't be the reply you want, we had our reasons for removing him, and I had my reasons for bringing him back. He's a good moderator when he gets down to it, and because of that he's got another chance.

Okay thanks mate. It's good to have him back but it would be better if he had his old job. Oh well, he's a great Mod he'll work his way up there again :)
