Teen site what do you want to see

In the next few months a new teen site will come out, And its not going to be habbo related at all, I was wondering what are the kind of things you would be looking for in a teen site?

I'd like to see a distinct uniqueness about it - things other sites of a similar nature don't have.

Oh and an arcade with loads of games. :)

a really nice individual theme and it has to have some sort of uniqueness that'd make people want to visit/register.

If it's for teens. Maybe have list of contacts like talktofrank and stuff. For teen troubles obviously. Forum would be too boring, make it into an actual site :D
