Why was I warned for this?

I know it's only a warning I'm not to bothered about it but I'm a bit confused :S I got it for posting a link to a picture in the videos and funny stuff forum which had like two swear words in it I thought it was ok as long as it wasn't embeded into the forum..

I'm aware of the rule

but don't think what I posted was obscene at all it just had the F word and B word in it meh can someone please explain or make this rule clear to me I can PM the link to a staff member so they can see it for themselfs but meh I swear people have posted links to pictures with swearing on before =l

Bit extreme, whoever it was could of just edited your posted and left it at that... A warning when you clearly didn't think it was wrong is a bit harsh. If you purposely posted it because of the swearing then a warning is possible, but when you didn't think it would be of harm (judging by the fact you're not exactly a malcious member ;)) is a bit harsh.

no I didn't purposely break the rules lol I just saw this comic making fun of Gears of War two and thought it was quite funny and posted the link meh I just forgot to warn people =[
