Room do you think looks better for a trade room.

For this room I was thinking more of a simple trade, maybe for the trading of normals.

For this room I was thinking more along the lines of a garden trade, for the trading of rares / supers.

Personally, I prefer the second as the extra furni adds more style to the room.

2. I'd move the nelly forwards one so its in line with the bb

Definitely the second, it looks very nice. :] But where the nelly is, I'd put another fountain in front of it, in the other central tile.
