Welcome to my second report :) Here it goes...

First Is:

Unholy Ground

1.8cs - Seen Two Times
1.5cs - Seen Four Times
1.25cs - Seen Two Times

I think this rare may go up or stay put. Since its coming up spring people may find this attracting in their Spring rooms. Also Unholy Ground's are used in replacement of petal patches usually. By summer I think this rare could reach 2.0cs.

Second Is:

Throne

51.0cs - Seen Five Times
49.0cs - Seen Two Times

I think that the Throne could eventually rise to 60.0cs! Since they are very popular to buy and keep rising and rising. I do think they will rise to 51.0cs next week or so.

Third Is:

Strobe Solarium

7.0cs - Seen Two Times
5.0cs - Seen Two Times

I think the Strobe Solarium is likely to drop to 5cs even though they are very rare, lots of people dislike solariums. By summer I think these will fall to atleast 5.0cs.

Fourth Is:

Pistachio Ice Cream Machine

1.5cs - Seen Two Times

I think that the Pistachio Ice Cream Machine well eventually fall to 1cs, because they are not very popular and not very hard to find considering they were out for 10 minutes. By Easter they will have reached 1.0cs.

Fifth Is:

Green Birdbath

3.5cs - Seen Three Times
3.0cs - Seen Four Times

I think that the Green Birdbath is highly likely to rise to about 3.25cs, this is because Spring and Easter are just around the corner and the Green Birdbath is a perfect Spring rare, aswell as being used in casinos I think these are highly popular.
