Rude MOD

Today i sent in a CFH. Telling the MOD that the public room description was glitched, and was showing coding. so i sent in a message. and got quite a rude reply.

She/He wasn't being sarcasric - she said that if you was to report something so stupid you will be banned.

Kevin, there was no reason at all that you couldn't have used the other cfh. The mod didn't say it would be permanent. You made that up to make it sound like more of a threat. You got advice on how to fix your problem, most mods wouldn't do that.

I don't see anything wrong with that reply, and as for the smile it was a nice way of reminding you not to abuse the CFH, the MOD could of used a disappointed smile instead or no smile at all. You also got the help you needed.

Because it wasn't an emergency, hence the text (before you click 'Get Live Help' or whatever it is)goes on about that you have to use it in emergencies.
