The title bars (the red boxes at the top of each content box) are too tall. Otherwise, it looks well done.

Its nice although lose the footballs :P as said the headers are a little big.

Scrap the footballs
Make the headers smaller

Do those and I think it will be one of the best layouts I've seen posted here.

It's nice, not too keen on the gold at top but that may be becasue it's not a .png :P
