COD4 SENSITIVITY HELP

Ok, well as you all probably know, you can change the Sensitivity settings when ur playing online, and click pause then go on options.
It makes your movements more sharper etc, but i changed mine, and i can't get it bk to the normal one?
Does anyone know what number normal is?

Should say like "click x to restore to default settings"
