Hiya,

I have been experiencing problems with many programs including my MSN (which I will use as an example). The problem is when I load some programs that need to be connected to the internet, they come up with a message saying "browser etc. is offline". This is because I have switched from Wanadoo to Firefox.
The enclosed picture will show you what happens on MSN.

Can you take this picture into account and can you tell me what to do and how to avoid this problem?

(I'm sorry for any inconveiniences caused with the topic on MSN, but it was the best example I could find)!

+ plenty of rep for answers!!!!! :D

Thanks,

Davisman

EDIT: Darn, should have posted in computer problems!!!!!! :D

You said you've switched from wanadoo to firefox?

Wanadoo is your provider, FireFox is your borwser, so that hasnt made a difference, also IE is a browser aswell.

Goto file and click 'Work Offline' then the tick shoudl go, if it still doesnt work, its msn or ur providers prob.
