What time do you have to be in for like on friday nights and weekends ect?

I'm 15 and I have to be in for 9, does anyone think thats too early considering I'm like.. 15. Surely my mum should let me go a little bit and widen my restrictions, I mean when I'm 16 I'll legally be able to stay out whenever I want so surely as I'm not too far from there, my mum should budge my limit up to like 11ish or something.

Anyway, how old are you guys and what time do you have to be in for?

uh huh her

I'm 17 and I go in when I want, if I go in at all. This kind of came in as of about 16 and prior to that it was usually between 11 - 1 depending on where I was, who I was with etc.

Yeah I know what you mean, but I'd probably stay out till like the last one of my mates do cos I love being out, but it's just so much better later at night..

i don't really go "out" it's more house parties and i usually end up staying there or if i'm not drunk enough to sleep on the floor i'll walk home about 4-5 or wait until 7 if i haven't got my key. :)

Yeah I'd like to, but no one ever has them really, and if they do, it's usually the kids who I don't speak to/hang around with.

You would think that your parents would rather you stay out all night than you coming in at 3am?

Same ahaha.

Btw, I would drive for a bit later than 9. Particularly on weekends, push for 10 or something.

Half of the people that have posted on here will be lying. People who are even earlier than you won't of posted. Wouldn't worry too much.

i just say "mom, im going out cya later"
she doesnt tell me a time.. which is good i suppose but im always back for about 11 anyway.. i asked her why she doesnt say "be back for a certain time" and she said, because it'd ruin my night.. what a nice mum :]

If she'll let you sleep at someones house you can just stay out until whatever time you want, you might have to sleep on a road or something though when everyone else goes home

GoldSolid
02-03-2008, 08:12 PM
Nah because my mum's the sorta person who would like, have to know whose I'm sleeping at and their home number ect. Harsh, I know. :(

as long as i remember to take my key, my mum and dad dont really care what i do/what time i get in and the like. its been like that for about a year or so, when i started going to parties more and drinking and stuff like that.

Wow, they are people here who are 15/16 and they don't have a curfue? Your parents have failed, let them know that.

Slowpoke
03-03-2008, 11:35 PM
Care to elaborate, Roboevil? Because that makes no sense whatsoever. At the age of 16 you are legally allowed to buy your own house and live alone.

my mum knows she failed, my brother is a living reminder - i came out as a saint compared to him, no need to worry!!

although i am sure ALL of our parents would love to hear your opinion :)
