Mouseover Delay?

is it possible to make it delay on mouseover because on my site the menus change way too fast and i want there to be a bit of a delay :D

go to www.xenigma.co.uk and roll your mouse down nav it goes too fast changing between each one any help anybody? :eusa_wall

you have to pick around what relivent, but the method used to ad a delay to the hints there could easy be applyed to yoru drop down menu "/
