Yeah but it's not legal to sell runescape for habbo but habbox managment allow it. Habbox is in no way involved with Steam so it shouldn't be any of their concern :).

It's a legal steam account.

It was paid for legally. It's not been hacked/cracked/exploited/patched in order to give gameplay for Counter Strike Source.
