I have a feeling you mean Joomla.

1 - Install KL PHP Mambot. Download here (http://www.tm4y.co.za/downloads/kl_php/bot_kl_php_security_patched.zip).
2 - Install KL PHP Module. Download here (http://www.tm4y.co.za/downloads/kl_php/mod_kl_evalphp.zip).
3 - Create a page and put this in it:
