The Flight Sim Forum?

What's the point in it :S

It was made to "discuss" the game, but all people are doing is posting screenshots. Can't we just have a section for "game screenshots" then people can put [Game here] [Example]

Like [RuneScape] [Cool but weird glitch]

Stuff like that, the Flight Sim forum is just getting people posting screenshots doing like atleast 20 threads a day using Forum bandwith just to see a picture of a pixel plane :S

Too much effort to ask members to do that. The forum is fine the way it is. There's not alot to discuss, but there are loads of reasons to take screenshots.

If the screenshots had a point to them, e.g. they were funny or you'd achieved something good or whatever, you wouldn't get an infraction from me, and I'm sure BobX wouldn't give one either. There's nothing wrong with posting screenshots imo.

Not all forums are the same. FS has screenshots posted in regularly because they illustrate how someone landed, took off or anything else FS related.

The way people interact and communicate about FS is through screenshots, as that's the easiest way to tell what you're doing, by showing. Sometimes explanations accompany the screenshot. I feel that if we did have a subforum, the main forum would be unused in comparison.

If thats pointless then so is that runescape and that warcraft thing!

All they do there is post screenshots with a title of something like " Reached levelz 90 and get some PH DB5 arrows". So i don't see how it's making a difference.

The screen shots are of flight simulator which is what the flight simulator forum is made for, to discuss and post screenies etc. It's all as one, plus, I rarely see you posting their, it's not like it has its own forum on the front page as a major one, it's just a minor one and does no harm.

People post help etc, advice, guides and stuff and to get them moved around the forum would just cause more trouble than its worth, You have everything in one place that your looking for, Why cant it just stay?, its not like its causing any harm to your computer.
