Do you have a mic?
What genre's of music do you have?
How many songs do you have?
How did you get the songs?
How fast is your upload speed?

These are all questions that radio-managers will be asking you therefore, I'd edit you're topic filling out applications you've seen on websites so they don't have to ask you and it looks professional.
