im on simplicity and havnt noticed anything?

maybe the service went down for you and you didnt realise and there saying sorry by giving you £5 of?

or someone else complained and o2 staff typed the wrong number in to taken money off the next bill?

Sometimes if they've done something bad as a company (eg. a scandal, abused the privacy policy, terms ect.) they minus money from bills sometimes out of good will and sometimes because they are forced. I don't know if this is the case here. Oh, and Smiffla, why would someone complain about getting money off, I sure wouldn't!

I've had £60 in refunds the past two months because of their silly systems. (Been charging me for insurance that hasn't been on my account since last October)

o2 did have a few problems with some customers not being able to send/receive phone calls and texts, so could be that.
