I'm not sure. The fans and dragons are obvious rares because they don't match anything and they serve no real purpose. While chairs, one way doors and traffic lights are all part of general theme e.g. traffic lights = towns, chairs = room furniture, one way doors = show rooms.

The only reason they are releasing all of this furniture is because it's coming towards the end of the financial year, and they would like to boost their sales and earnings for the year.

Callie did it (when she released 12 rares in a row), and I think they did something of the same sort last year.

Do you remember at Christmas and we had that Santa 3000 guy? On his picture he was sat on a miniture version of the throne (the back party was smaller). I think that should be released :).
