i'm working on a small project that should become quite popular
i need a few people on a a team to help manage it though
basically a small video site i'm working on i need a few people
to help me maintenance it i have the script ready i just need
some shows and a team to help maintenance

List Includes:
Administration(This is basically someone who can fulfill all the jobs and is trust able)
Directors
Editors
Effect Management
