Its very good +rep although much to my dismay without extreme hard css coding you can't style the browse... button only slightly and in ie it won't work anyway credit to caleb.

When you have the submit button, add class="div class" then add a new CSS to style it.

Or something like that.

a file upload button is like this
<input type='file' name='blabla' class='blabla' />

this includes the box and the browse button... I have searched on the internet for hours and they all say its near impossible. ye see its not a submit button its almost two things together.
