Lol stroke? I know how you can style it most ways with css, but what is stroke? Italic?

You know like in your avatar, it has luke and that's gone around in white which is gone araound in black. That's stroke. Like a border around text

No there isn't. There are plans to add it to CSS3, but not much (if any) support in popular browsers at the moment.

You could make a PHP script to create it from a jpeg, with custom font with "Stroke" on it. For more information PM me.
