Actually it's worth more than no comment. The ':/' could relate to something in the post it relates to. It could be an answer that shows how obvious (or stupid) the post was. But in the eyes of the Hx Rep Rules, it is pointless I guess lol

How does it get deleted twice? I don't think they delete posts, or they say they don't at least. If it has been deleted, that's more than enough to have it removed.
