I like the idea, and the alt was pretty good. It would be cool if you animated it and it was flashing, though. Then again, it would be cool if I sprouted wings and flew to Russia. 9/10. :D

Lol, been done before, but yours is the best I have seen. It looks like lights with the outlining, instead of just filling squares in :p 8/10, 9/10 for just a second alt.

Sorry - I don't like it, at all. When you do a recolour, atleast recolour the outlines ;/ 5/10.
