Hey all, Im in need of some exercise tips and eating tips as im trying to get into shape and all,
I need Diet tips , I dont want it too include Things such as tomatoes broccoli or beetroot Also no creams such as mayonaise or salad cream
i need excersise tips , I have a running machine And my cousin has a cross trainer , magnet bike , weights and a bench , i can also do free movements such as push ups , Just tell me what the most effective would be .
I weigh 11st 10 lb i have got quite alot of fat on me ,

Well i'd say everything im proportion. Don't eat too much veg but on the other hand eat enough.
Running is very good for the heart , sit ups will tighten up your abdominals which could reduce the size of your stomach.

Urmm, in terms of exercise, why not try say, walking to school instead of getting a lift, or walking to shops (aslong as it is in suitable walking distance) stuff like that
You must go out an run.
Get your condition up, so you can do things, without getting tired fast.
Eat regular, ex; Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. And some fruits between.
When you feel thirsty, only drink water!
When you feel hungry, DO NOT take out sweeties etc, eat vegetables or fruits.
Keep on going out to run, and exersice sometimes. Even at home, you could make things like push-ups, sit-ups etc.

I do walk to school its around 2 miles back and forth and i walk about 4 miles in the day (to lessons and for dinner)

Thats good then , i wouldn't say work on weights as they're not going to help you're body much is it , it'll just help your biceps.
But i'd say work on your cardio vascular fitness ( ability to just keep going ) by using you're running machine. Don't try too much to fast though.

Mate play badminton it works ur upper body, it will start toning ur upper half n improve ur hand-eye co-ordination skills, also walk n drink a glass of water aday u will lose a few pounds from dat along with eating a orange or bannana aday!!!! Loose them B00bies or tone them up!

When you get hungry snack on nuts and fruit, do 30 minutes of exersize per day.
hi der. you know what? you should go swimming, it increases the something because of the cold water. also u should be running outside. It will increase your immune system & it will make you smarter, dunno how its some geek stuff. I had about this stuff in project week, but I forgot most loll

To get rid of your belly fat, and 'moobs' do sit ups. About 70 a day, and they'll soon go ;).

SKIPPING ! SKIPPING ! SKIPPING ! get rid of some fat then go on to sit ups like some1 said above, and you diet has to change, maybe try a ceareal diet ?

Yes you are. It will probably hurt for a couple of days aswell when you first start, but when you get used to it it should just hurt when your doing them.

And after your done you shouldn't be able to get up.
So it's handy to drink some water after it.
Then when you feel like it's getting easy increase them to 10 more and so on.
Im doing around 10-15 now so ill steadily increase it

Well in 3 months i've lost 1/2 a stone in fat and gained about the same in muscle. Just through doing 20-50 sit-ups and push-ups a night. Six pack ftw

i had to lol irl.
Dont eat to much try like if your having like roast chicken try eat more of the veg and less like chips etc
Sit up's tighten your belly so do like 30 each hour then next day try doing 40 you will lose weight in no time
