I sent a cfh asking why cant they unfilter NSPCC.
and they said so you cant pretend your a NSPCC advisor ect..
and it went on for about 4 cfhs.
And i gave him a hard question and his reply was then.

I think they were just annoyed at you to be honest for using the emergency one.
