glitch while trying to stalk people

well my mate told me to stalk him for a new game so i did and got this:

It stayed on that for about 3 seconds and then returned to hotel view

It might not work if he's in snowstorm or bb.

I have had that come up when stalking a friend who is playing snowstorm.
