extremly confused

recently, me and my best friend told each other that we liked each other as more than friends. we then went out...
but then he said to me that he found it hard to act differently with me... i didnt really understand this, does it matter if we dont act differently?
anyway i'd been talking to his best friend for a few weeks and i also liked him in that was aswell, but i thought that me and my best friend would last and i dunno...
but now i don't know if i still like my best friend, and i think that i still like his best friend aswell, but i dunno
it's hard saying this becuase it means im actually coming to terms with how i actually feel. i wanted it to work so much... i dont even know if it was just an excuse becuase he doesnt like me in that way anymore...

maybe it was just lust? you should speak to you boyfriend and ask him if he feels the same way you do. it's better than living a lie :).

It sounds like you know what you're going to do anyway.

Talk to your best friend and see how he feels
If he feels like he cant express himself around you and it's best being friends I say break up.
If he feels fine and you tell him how you feel and you could try and make it work I say you should stay together and try and make it work.

If it doesn't work and you break up don't go asking his best friend out straight away. Wait a while and let things settle between you and your best friend before asking his best friend out.
