The top picture isn't actually mine, I just found it on google. Also the wheels aren't exactly the ones I want, they were just at the right angle.

New alloys and the badge dissapeared. Why. Just why.

is this real or just photoshopped?
too many aspects of it are identical to believe you took a picture at the exact same angle, in the exact same light. and there's some dodgy bits on the radiator.

I've done a better chop.

This is exactly how I want it, and nothing else (except some OEM interior parts)

I don't want to jazz it up with bodykits and exhausts etc, I want to steer clear of the 'boy racer' image.

Removing the badges got you just that.

I replaced the grille as there was a huge crack on the right where the car infront kicked up a stone, it was cheaper to buy a badgeless grille and I don't think it looks to boy-racer ish tbh.

I agree, the top image doesn't look brilliant but the second image, I like. I don't think it's particularly "girly" but everyone likes different things I suppose.

Get a 3/4 numberplate if you're actually having it like that, it'll make it look a lot better.

When somebody was driving the Jetta they hit a rock and put a HUGE gash in the silver part of the front. The peice from VW was like $300, but they had one with like a little scratch and he sold it to me for $20. So try and get a grille with a badge from there!

I agree, not everyone will like my taste, but I wanted to be different but not become a boy racer with stupidly oversized exhausts and bodykits, I wanted subtle mods like the wheels and tints. I've also got a couple of performance mods, a strut brace and an air filter.
