All I could find was stripes and tartan creators, no real articles other than one about using neutral colors which I'm already using.

All you asked for was Web2.0 background ideas, if you read through some of the articles you will find "something."

Web2.0 is nothing about the style, although it is reffered to way too much.

There is a speech saying Design, so I was thinking it came under thhat header, but fair enough, often such styles can be referred to as web 2.0, such as reflections/wet floor look. You know any bg types I should use?

I'm not a designer, just a coder, and I was pointing out what Web 2.0 actually was :P I get fustrated when people refer to it as a style, when it isn't.

O'reilly never said anything about a style, people just picked that up, its all about something different, something bigger.

I like solid backgrounds, not nothing that burns my eyes.
