splashpage --> design

You may have seen the splashpage for urtut. At the moment, we are keeping the project idea as quiet as possible. Well anyway, here is the design i have made. it is coded but as i said, shh ;) i just want your comments on the layout.

I love the logo, however still a little unsure on the template.

To be honest with you, I really disliked the splash design, but this is starting to look more like it ;)
