Professor Henry has opened a new Misthalin Training Centre of Excellence (http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?guid=stronghold_of_player_safety), south of Edgeville (http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?guid=edgeville). Here, you can take a test that asks questions about staying safe in Runescape, earning some great rewards in the process!
If you're in the mood for combat, there are rumours that an old jailhouse has been discovered beneath the Centre, completely overrun by insects of an unnatural size. Strap on your fighting boots, arm yourself and get ready to investigate, as only a true adventurer can!

Basiucally to get into the building u have to enter the jail entrance, then u read each plague then talk to the guard, then go upstairs and talk to the professor, youll be given the test

Cmplete the quest to recieve 2 lamps tha give 500xp on any skill and the new Safety First Emote. Then the prof will talk about some bugs around the dungeon.

Go bk downstairs and this time go to the poster and pull it bk, ull be in another section, then continue ur way until u can get to a small chest somewhere. Open it and ull get the new gloves and 10K

Then feel free to fight the cockroach soldiers for good drops :)

i did it in like 10 mins, and the gloves are kinda nice but the emote is like, emmmm,,, wth?

I so didn't know you could get gloves & 10k. I only got the lamps and the emote. But, it's pretty straight forward doing that.
