Why does the outer border 'fade' away? Would look better just staying there...

yeh, the logo was just temporary. on hover, the navigation will gain colour.

the fade away was because it would have to be incorporated into the background as i wouldnt be able to have it transparent ( i wanted to cut down load times aswell)
