quite nice improvement
i like it lots only thing is missing maybe add a Vista like Background u know the greenish one with the too yellow lines something like that but matching the banner the overall layout is quite nice

Just one blud gradient bar and text with a glow then a expandable box by the looks of it?

5/10 for effort, 1/10 for design :)
