How do you do that cool floating screenshot effect, with the drop shadow *below* it?, not down, but below it, eg don't say 270°

You can do it on MS Paint by selecting it then pressing Ctrl + W then choosing your angle to Skew and playing around with it until you get the right angle (You can use the rotation tool aswell)
