Yeah I just got Bully yesterday and I was wondering at which point can you go out into town?

Chapter 2 i think. At the start of the chapter, the gate opens.

Chapter 2, then do all the street faces and stuff, in the carnival do all the go kart races, then do the ones in the street, you get an achievement and a Go Kart :P

Yeah, i tried doing the lil achievement glitch for the Go-Karting, but went horribly wrong, so im just gna do the Street races aswell, are they hard?
