or just buy off 360I did that, it did cost £37.99 and isn't exactly the biggest bargain in town, but it's instant so I thought it's better as I ordered at a bank holiday period, couldn't be bothered waiting or leaving the house :P

Just go to marketplace on your dashboard, account management or something, you'll find it easily, add your credit card and then the payment.
