There is many pixel errors on the floor, try making new furniture. Take away the animation... needs some more shading.

annoying isn't it? i was always called a boy because my names sorta... not very obvious >.<

i think u should change the colours, perhaps take a screenie of a real public room and zoom in, see how the tiles are done properly and the shading along the walls. then u could start adding furniture, etc.
