I want to know this too :p
I was talking with my friend and she said you can't have them taken out till you're about 40 lol, well until it's properly come through, not sure if that's true though.

Most people have them out for braces? If I'm correct.

Lol, your friend is telling you porkies ;)
I've had problems on and off with my wisdom teeth for a quite a while. My teeth are in excellent condition and I've never had any form of treatment, until today, I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed because they were impacted. I don't know what it's like to have a filling or one tooth taken out. But after a few hours of discomfort I feel good. So it's no big deal, and surely if someone has them out at the age of 40, it's because they haven't taken good care of their teeth :P
Oh, well I had seven teeth out , and yet i'm fine, I had them out due to a unfortunate rugby issue incase you got the wrong idea ;) Anyway, it doesn;'t hurt at all :)
