and if that didn't work..

Menu > # > down 2 (Profiles, Time & date, language) > Phone language (first) > According to SIM (first)

If it happens again, look for "Idioma" - it means language. The find Inglés - means English.

To avoid this problem just become fluent in every language on your phone:rolleyes:
