It doesn't matter mate. I've been single for about a year now and to be honest I'm loving it - You've got your whole life ahead of you.

There's two of my friends that have been with there 'partners' for over a year and they are so tide down its unbelievable. They are only 14/15 and they are acting like they are 30!

It doesn't matter about what your mates are doing don't feel pressured because you don't have a girlfriend. Live life as it comes, I'm sure you'll find someone that is worth waiting for :].

people are too into the whole relationship thing. you're a teenager, experiment! its a shame that everyone looks down on even the slightest bit of the idea. kiss girls, flirt with them (even if you don't really like them), cuddle; doesnt mean you have to commit.

if people, especially teens, were more open about personality and sexual connection, there would be far less high school drama.

i'm way off topic now, haha. yeah, i guess thats a shame. i went a long time with no girlfriend. i was a semi-asexual (not having a sexual preference to either gender) for a good while. last year i found out about loads of people who liked me that i didn't even know about. you just have to put yourself out there more. talk to girls in general more casually, then work your way up. sometimes it happens fast, sometimes it takes a while.

@thread starter: I've not had a girlfriend in... years. Not ashamed a all. Why would you always want a girl on the go? That would be like being a rent-boy, except it isnt a one night stand and you have to spend all your time tied up. Wait 'till you are older before getting in a relationship and eventually tieing the knot. And the fact you said you would rather go out with someone you dont likne much if you could have them straight-away instead of waiting a while of someone you do like is pretty pathetic. Grow up.

Some of the most popular people in my school have not had gfs in their whole life. i wouldn't worry. no point having meaningless relationships otherwise fake emotions emmerge after physical features of the relationship and it will never work.
