TalkSound is in the process of being re-designed and when we re-launch we will have a fully functioning site to accompany the forum.
TalkSound is an independant music discussion site which will have reviews, interviews, competitions and more. The site will focus on more on the unsigned band and artist side of the music industry instead of giving bands who dont really need the exposure all the glory.

We are needing management to help with the everyday running of the site, the avaiable positions are:

Recruitment Manager - This job involves keeping track of staff looking at activity and general quality of work and taking the appropriate action if needed. This will also involve recruiting new staff for the site.

Competitions Manager - This job will involve keeping track of the current competitions running on the site and also releasing new ones. You will also be required to speak with record companies and artists to get sponsorship and prizes for competitions. You will also be in charge of the rest of the competitions staff who will help you with the tasks above and taking appropriate action if need be.

Content Manager - This job involves having a good knowledge of the music industry as you will be required to write reviews and news concerning the music industry. This role will also involve being incharge of the interviews, reviews and news sections of the site, you will be in really talks with the department managers for the different areas in which you job involves and take the appropriate action if needed.

All of these roles are unpaid but we can offer staff Free Tickets to gig throughout the UK and also free band/artist merchandise as a way of saying thankyou for your work also working at TalkSound is a great way of networking with lots of different people within the music and media industries.

Not really due to the fact all the posts I have posted for jobs have been spread out and not all done on the same date plus they are for different jobs and so jobs are posted when we need staff to fill the position.
